Great job and thorough cleaning. Arrived on time and was extremely professional. Salim was very capable and I would hire him again.

Many spots left on the carpet that I went over with my own carpet cleaner and they came up no problem so really wondering how thorough they were if I got them up no problem with a Hoover. When called about this they sent a technician who came in with a spray bottle as opposed to the machine to go over the missed spots but at this point I just wanted him out of my house since a spray bottle and rag wasnt really going to fix the areas I had concern with. The person was quite dismissive when I showed his the areas I wasnt happy with.

I called through Yellow Pages and was booked for the next day. Mike was very friendly and professional. I appreciated that he provided a break down of service items and an estimate of amount of time to complete the cleaning. Mike did a good job. I will use Alberta Carpet Cleaning again.

Thanks Mike and Kash for the steam cleaning today. The office was a bit strange to deal with, it felt like I was talking to a chatbot instead of a person, but the actual booking went perfectly and the bill matched the phone estimate. Not first time steam cleaning but first time with this company, and I'm happy to call them next time too.

The cleaners (Sahil and another technician) were super efficient, kind, and did a great job! The only thing I was a bit unsatisfied with is that they didnt do my entire bonus room - I had taken apart my sectional and moved it to the side in the assumption that they would clean one side, move the furniture, and clean the other, but they only cleaned the side that was empty of furnishings. However, the furniture looks brand new and all the stains from 5+ years of two dogs and several people in the home were essentially erased. Definitely would use this company again!

We had an area rug cleaned by Alberta Carpet Cleaning Services (Salim). They picked it up, cleaned it, and delivered it on the time and date that was promised. We also had them clean my parents entire house prior to listing it. Salim did a fantastic job!!!
