I am a Property Manager in the Ottawa area. I am used to dealing with many contractors, for various projects, and I pride myself, as a small business owner too, in recognizing great customer service because I can learn from others to improve myself. I worked with Mike this week, on a property I manage, and I was very impressed with his attention to detail and timeliness, billing and overall attitude. He is both pleasant and professional and I can't wait to have him work in my house!
