We have had several renovation projects involving other companies in the past,with various ups and downs, and we were bracing ourselves for this new one. Our project at ASTRO involved the renovation of 2 bathrooms, 1 powder room, as well as creation of closet space for our master bedroom and construction of hallway closets. My husband and I were more than 100% satisfied with the services provided by ASTRO, from every call at the front desk to the great care at delivery from their friendly staff. In particular, we would like to acknowledge the outstanding service and dedication provided by Nathan Kyle, the designer assigned to our project. We feel we really lucked out by having Nathan – he is a highly talented designer and he was extremely helpful in selecting the appropriate pieces and design features for each aspect of the project.He was always cheerful, courteous, responsive, and consistently demonstrated a high degree of professionalism (you will have your calls returned promptly). And he was never afraid to advise us when he thought any of our ideas would not result in the best result – of course he was right! Overall this was an excellent experience and we would not hesitate to recommend ASTRO to anyone seeking a high quality renovation in their home.
