I would never recommend this company to anyone
Honestly, this company is terrible through and through. Head Office clearly does not have enough staff to support calls, because mine have never been answered since purchasing the service and complaining after a poor quality driveway sealing.
I think the largest issue sits within the head office and management. The reps are not trained on basic customer service, and are always rude or sarcastic. The manager woman only cares about making money and was quite rude when she took my call after I asked to speak to a manager immediately. Emails and voicemails are never answered. Just terrible.
