On Apr 10, 2023 Canadian Property Stars caused thousands in property damage to my hardscaping when their employee drove their aeration machine over interlock with blades in motion. Absolutely insane. Operator (Name redacted) and supervisor (Name redacted) acknowledged damage and said to call [Name redacted (GM)] at head office for reimbursement. Company refuses to respond to email, phone, fax, fb - or any method of communication. On one occassion an employee (Name redacted) did answer and stated that mgmt was aware of the incident but perhaps too busy to get in touch. Seems this will end up in court. Stay well clear of this company.

I'm so sorry you've been unable to get a response recently as we are closed for the Fall-Winter season but you mention speaking with various staff from the company.
