We had contacted Ivana shortly after moving into our new home, as we thought it had a lot of great potential. As all new homeowners we had a lot of "ideas", but we really needed someone with expertise that could help us focus and truly visualize what could be done.
Ivana was a true professional from the moment we reached out to her. From promptly returning calls/emails and giving us an overview of the range of services she was able to provide. We chose to go with the initial consult as we were still just at the ideas stage and it was well worth the investment.
We really enjoyed the consultation. Ivana had a lot of great suggestions for how we could realize our visions for our home and provided us with sketches of various options for the different floors of our home, so we were armed with something more concrete as we start costing out the work required.
Ivana had asked us to do some design pre-work before our appointment, so we collected lots of photos of home designs and aesthetics that appealed to us and she did a great job of probing further into what we liked about the images, so she could present us with solutions that could be incorporated into our own home to help us achieve them.
This was a very positive experience and we definitely plan to reach out to Ivana once again once we start moving forward with implementing the ideas.
