This person/company getting 10 star reviews makes me question Homestars. We used Ivana for interior design on a newly renovated home. At first she seemed very knowledgeable and helpful. Even though she billed us for relatively minor services (making a phone call) we still paid her in full. Once she received payment she was an entirely different person. She stopped returning calls and actually ended up costing us more money because of her mistakes. Buyer beware.

We had contacted Ivana shortly after moving into our new home, as we thought it had a lot of great potential. As all new homeowners we had a lot of "ideas", but we really needed someone with expertise that could help us focus and truly visualize what could be done.
Ivana was a true professional from the moment we reached out to her. From promptly returning calls/emails and giving us an overview of the range of services she was able to provide. We chose to go with the initial consult as we were still just at the ideas stage and it was well worth the investment.
We really enjoyed the consultation. Ivana had a lot of great suggestions for how we could realize our visions for our home and provided us with sketches of various options for the different floors of our home, so we were armed with something more concrete as we start costing out the work required.
Ivana had asked us to do some design pre-work before our appointment, so we collected lots of photos of home designs and aesthetics that appealed to us and she did a great job of probing further into what we liked about the images, so she could present us with solutions that could be incorporated into our own home to help us achieve them.
This was a very positive experience and we definitely plan to reach out to Ivana once again once we start moving forward with implementing the ideas.

Very pleased with the service provided. This was my first ever renovation and iM Interior Design's consultant did a fantastic job of offering creative solutions that were on budget and met my aesthetic taste. They also worked closely with my contractors to ensure the renovation followed the creative vision for this project. Will certainly use them again and recommend. They are professional, creative and attentive.

We hired IM Design after purchasing an older downtown home. We wanted a modern aesthetic and decided to focus most of our renovations on the main floor. This included opening interior and exterior walls, installing hardwood floors, gutting and redesigning the kitchen, and installing a gas fireplace. Ivana's experience and expertise exceeded our expectations. She quickly understood our style and made smart suggestions to help us achieve the look we were going for. Ivana is honest, efficient and has a fine eye for detail. With all of the costs involved in renovating, It was our best money spent.

I hired Ivana to help me decorate and purchase furniture for my completely empty house straight from the builder. She has transformed it in a way I could of only dreamed of. She has never imposed her own artistic choices on me, and only gave me suggestions according to my taste. This was not the case when I interviewed another designer who had a completely different vision for my home from what I wanted. She helped us with room setup, drapery, lighting, wallpapering ideas, custom furniture, bathroom makeover, master bedroom, artwork, accents etc. She is also kind enough to pass on her entire designer discount to us on everything we purchased. She has saved us tons of money, and time. SHe will send you suggestions through email, bring samples to you, or work in whatever manner works best for your needs. I couldn't possibly recommend someone more organized, punctual, reliable and talented then her. She works with your budget, and will never make you feel bad about wanted more suggestions or to keep looking. Some of her recent pictures posted on homestars are of my home. We are constantly complimented on the décor and I always give Ivana full credit. I have recommended her to some friends who all have thanked me for referring her and have only great things to say :) Best choice I made for my home, otherwise we would probably still be looking for a bed right now a year later! Ivana did a fantastic job designing wall panels, trims and shower tile for our home. Her colour selections are warm and elegant. She is very easy to work with and designs around your taste. We would highly recommend her.
