Level Q were great, each team member was courteous and respectful. Ehab and team did a fantastic job, listening to what we wanted, answering all questions and attending to all concerns. We are very happy with the level of professionalism and expert work. Nasir wouldn't complete any task until it was done to his own standard of perfection. He did an awesome job installing the doors and when there was an issue with the vanity filler strip being too small, he rigged up a replacement and matched the fit and colour perfectly. This being our only bathroom in the house, Ehab was able to keep the toilet functional for all but a couple of days during the renovation. This wasn't easy and required some juggling of tasks. Without complaint Ehab made this work, removing and re-installing the toilet every day.

Ehab and his team are beyond fabulous. The photo of our basement powder room looks simple - it was. What was not simple was the timeframe in which we needed it completed to expedite the sale of our home. Ehab and his team came through! He has done much more complex renovations in our home. We truly can’t say enough good things about Ehab and his crew! We had a very daunting kitchen/main floor renovation and the best decision we made in the whole process was having Ehab and Level Q do the job. We are so unbelievably happy with the final result, everything turned out better than we even hoped. They never cut corners, always gave every detail so much attention and care. Anytime we had a question or needed to run something by him, Ehab was always so responsive/communicative. You can always reach him and he’s constantly checking in to make sure you’re happy with how things are moving along. Nasser, who is a part of his crew, we absolutely loved working with. We always felt like they were treating our house like it was their own—they would do a task to perfection the way they’d want to see it done in their own place. They’re just great people who treat their customers with total professionalism and care. This could have been a very stressful process and they made it totally worry free for us! Full main floor renovation of 1950's house including new kitchen, powder room, new flooring, new lighting and structural wall removal. Everything came together and very pleased with the final product... appreciate the quality of work and open lines of communication. Thanks for everything!

I must say Ehab and his team were awesome to work with and did an awesome job giving us exactly what we wanted within our budget. We spoke with a few companies before making our decision and I must say the team that works for and with Level Q were very personable and made our decision to choose them even easier. Throughout every stage, the communication between the team and ourselves (the homeowners) was on point. They were very easy going, accepting and adjusting to changes we requested whether it was something we liked or didn’t like where, as well as a great help with guiding us in areas they thought they could provide assistance with. We absolutely love our basement and would definitely recommend them to anyone we know that needs home improvement assistance.

Ehab is a great listener. With Level Q we got exactly what we wanted. Totally gutted both rooms. Took about 4 weeks, were kept informed every step along the way. Cleaned workspace, removed trash. Great experience.

Level Q helped us renovate our master bathroom as we envisioned. They helped in designing a layout and worked with us through all the details. We weren’t happy with the old layout, so they swapped the toilet and shower. They were professional, detailed-oriented and made sure we were happy with everything along the way. Their workmanship was amazing.

We used Level Q for our master ensuite renovation last year and were so satisfied that we decided we did not want to bother interviewing anyone else for our kitchen. Ehab came by and instantly had some great ideas we didn't think possible. We then met with Ehab one more time, and then met with Kevin for the custom cabinetry a few times as well to nail down every exact requirement and make sure the appliances we chose would fit precisely. I must say, it was a process to get every exact requirement, but it made things run so smoothly when Ehab's team came into install, along with the cabinet guys shortly after.
My wife is pregnant, so we let Ehab know beforehand and he and his crew worked diligently to make our lives as comfortable as possible given the circumstances. The most remarkable thing about this project was that it was estimated to be completed in 5 weeks and it took exactly 5 weeks for full completion, and every last detail was done to spec. Most of our family and friends were in disbelief that a renovation of this magnitude could be down so seamlessly (we also installed pot lights throughout the first floor) and yet with such attention to detail and quality.

On top of that, Ehab knowing that my wife is pregnant and having difficulty with our laundry machines because the doors open into each other as they were installed the wrong way... was able to switch the machines by himself as a favour before he left, which we could not be more grateful.

Also a shoutout to his electrician Ali who was awesome, professional and very thorough and also fixed up some receptacles outside that were not up to code.

Once again a great experience with Level Q.. I am glad to say our major renos are complete, but whenever our next one occurs I will definitely call Ehab first! Thanks guys!
