Another successful renovation completed by Level Q! Early Jan 2022 we had Level Q Renovate our main bathroom, and because we were so pleased with how it turned out, we decided to use their services again to give our outdated master ensuite bathroom a complete facelift.

Pictures say it all - but honestly when you trust a company to get it done right the first time, why look elsewhere? The team took care of our home from beginning to end. Theyre all friendly and respectful and just an all round pleasure to work with.

We hired Level Q for our home renovation after seeing the work they did on a friends home years before and they did not disappoint.

The team was efficient and tidy throughout the project and we were most impressed with the communication throughout the process. Quotes were updated in real time so there were never any unexpected costs.

We will use them again for future projects and would recommended for anyone looking to renovate their home.

We received several quotes before we choose Level Q. We ended up choosing them because the quote was reasonable, and Ehab was very responsive and professional. He answered all of our questions and was flexible with design changes throughout the process. A few companies we contacted stopped returning calls/emails when we asked questions about the quote and wanted to make changes. The deposit was also reasonable. Some of the other companies wanted 50% right off the top even if the start date was 6 or more months out.

We did have to book many months in advance (6 to 8 months before the job started) because they are busy. The process of choosing our finishings and appliances was smooth, and Ehab was very helpful during the process. The lag time did allow us to purchase and receive all of our appliances prior to the job start date. This was helpful when it was time to do the job because we weren't waiting for anything. The cabinet company they work with did a great job on the final product (we love the custom cabinets!), but they weren't flexible with covid protocols leading to an extremely unpleasant experience with the woman at the office.

Otherwise we are very happy with our kitchen! It turned out beautifully and it's extremely functional. Exactly what we needed (we have way more storage now given that our kitchen is relatively small, and the custom storage solutions they installed for us are amazing!). Once the job started the work was done promptly and professionally. We made a variety of requests along the way, and Ehab's team was quick to accommodate. Everything we requested was done in a timely manner. The team members were all very friendly, professional and easy to work with when they were at the house. The job stayed on budget and there were no "surprises" so that was helpful. Extra costs were generally based on our specific requests, and I appreciated how transparent their invoicing system is (you see all the line items and their costs).

We reached out the several contractors and to tackle our major remodel of our Living Room, Dinning Room, Kitchen, Hallways, Stairs, and Powder Room. This included removing walls, relocating our kitchen and adding a large kitchen island. Most contractors didn't want to take on the scope of our job. It was imperative to us to have a single point of contact to mange our Project. Then we met Ehab and, simply put, the answer was yes to all our requirements and he was able to provide a very competitive quote for the entire project. The Level Q Crew were professional, clean, punctual, and always a pleasure to deal with. We were able to totally customize our design, with the guidance of Ehab and Nasser. They took the time to explain each step of the project and always included us in any design decisions. It was clear they wanted to deliver a solution customized for us, and not just an out of the box/cookie cutter design. When those dreaded unexpected issues surfaced during our project, Ehab took the time to consult with us to and gave us options on how to move forward. Our project was completed within our estimated timeline and on budget. With Level Q, it's the small things that make their services truly special. Examples of those little things were ensuring our lights on our island were perfectly spaced to changing our power and central vac receptacles (without asking) to helping us come up with a solution to mounting our TV in a challenging spot. Nasser is to true craftsman. He won't mark a task complete until it done to his high standards. He treated our house as if he was working on his own house. This type of service is invaluable. The results of our project have simply blown our minds. The end results far surpassed our initial hopes. Level Q will be our contractor for any future renovations.
