Level Q was absolutely amazing from start to finish. We had several companies quote the same scope of work, which was:
- main floor reno removing two small walls
- brand new kitchen
- new flooring througout
- replace all aluminum wriring on main floor and second level
From that first meeting we were impressed with the professionalism and knowledge we saw and deciding who to hire was easy.
We loved that every single change and cost was broken down in an online tool so there were absolutely no surprises during the renovation. Even the quoted amount of time needed for the project was on point.
Ehab was easy to reach and checked in on the progress often, keeping us updated on next steps. Level Q also worked around us as we (two adults and two kids under 5) lived in the home during the entire renovation, and went above and beyond to accommodate us.
A special shout out to the flooring company. Those guys are absolute professionals and we were stunned by their attention to detail and precise cuts in tight spots. Wow.
