An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I found this company on Homestars and they had great reviews. I called them regarding another service but decided to go for Ducts.
Alec & Devon showed up on time and were very pleasant to deal with. They explained and showed me how their NEW duct cleaning system works and even though I did it 2 years ago, they pulled out so much rubbish; I could hear it in their vacuum hose. Great customer service, great employees and great service. Thanks.
