Michael was fantastic to work with and did such a thorough job of inspecting the home I placed on offer on! For just a 2000 sq ft home, he spent over five hrs meticulously going into every crevice, nook and cranny and gave me an over abundence of information to help me form a decision. He was frank, honest and even gave me money saving tips on several issues he identified that I could fix myself over a weekend, some YouTube instructional videos and a bit of elbow grease. Highly recommend you hire Michael. Professional, patient and a wealth of knowledge. He answered all my stupid questions, never passed judgement on my lack of knowledge on home awareness and even entertained my silly questions about stuff I saw on home improvement reality shows and told me the actual “reality” of the stuff they pretend to identify.
