Michael was great: he was professional and through. He was able to inspect the property within short notice and he emailed me his report within few hours of inspection as well. His report was well drafted and even included pictures of what needed to be fixed. He also walked through the property with me and pointed out all the issues. I am so glad that my realtor referred me to Michael!
