Budget Blinds was my choice from 3 interview presentations. And I didn’t know how very fortunate I was to have the wonderful Karen come to my home to demonstrate the various styles, colours, materials etc. Karen has proven to be very knowledgeable about her product and very perceptive about her client, me. She advised and guided me through the entire process and I couldn’t wait to have my new blinds delivered and installed. They were ready earlier than expected. The installers Jimmy and Linnaeus worked efficiently and carefully, cleaning up as they went, leaving no evidence they had been here other than my new beautiful motorized blinds. I reached out to Budget Blinds for a consultation on a set of bay windows that needed some window treatment. Sajee, the design consultant was very helpful and knowledgeable, provided us with a variety of options for the bay window as well as for the whole home (Drapery for 3 rooms, roman shades for 4 windows and 5 sets of blinds). The installer, Jaime, was precise and thorough and caught a defect on a set of blinds that we missed. They were very good about it all, sending the defect back to the supplier and resolving the issue without any hassle.

Overall, the end to end experience with Budget Blinds was superb.

The whole process was smooth and easy. TJ booked a consultation right away. Sajee who did the consult informed us of all the features of each product selection based on my budget and explained a great warranty on each product. Jaime measured and completed the installatin in a timely manner. TJ, Sajee and Jaime are first class, pleasant and very ptofessional. Thanks to all of you.

Budget Blinds was recommended to me by a member of my family, a close friend of the owner. I had a great experience collaborating with the owner, who helped me to determine the best for my home.
The entire process of ordering and installation was done with great proficiency.
After 2 years, my motorized blind needed battery replacements and this was done for me with no problems and on a timely basis.

We ordered kitchen blinds a couple of years and were very pleased with the entire experience. We decided this February to order blinds for our patio doors. This time, we experienced some spotting on the blinds. The team were fantastic to deal with. TJ, especially, delivered excellent customer service and worked with us to determine the cause and resolution. Today, our new blinds were installed. I can't recommend Budget Blinds of South East Toronto enough.

This is the second time that we have used budget blinds. We had new windows installed so some of the original blinds did not fit any more. We needed to resize some blinds and also get some new ones installed.
Karen was great at the sales consultation in making sure that we could re-use as many blinds as possible. Jamie is a very patient installer and made sure that everything was to our liking before he left. There was a small issue with one of the blinds. It had a hole in it at the very top where it was hard to notice. When we did notice it we emailed Karen and she had it replaced by the manufacturer and reinstalled as soon as it came in.

Had an excellent experience from start to finish. Karen and her team were incredibly professional and helpful. Karen helped us to choose the blinds that would best fit our space, TJ kept us in the loop for scheduling and Jaime was so nice, quick and efficient with the installation. We could not be happier with the finished product and would highly recommend them.
