I was able to book a consult with Karen P quickly. Karen arrived on time & fully prepared. She was very courteous, helpful, and efficient. After looking at samples she suggested, I was able to make a decision I was happy with. Karen measured everything & gave me timelines for when the blinds would be ready for install. The installer made quick work of installing the blinds & was careful to ensue that everything was to my satisfaction. Over all, a great experience.
