Glad you are happy, we know you had to do a lot of work before we did the final cleaning.
Many obstacles were put in your way, damage, uncleanliness and left items and garbage by the former tenant, but as I see it you did everything right. Be proud of your new home as you made it so.
You guys put in the hard work and deserve the great result and we were very happy to help you finish it off for move-in. We had the easy job at the end and played a small part to help you get to moving day, which as I remember was the next day.Bathrooms turned out great, greasy kitchen taken care of and clean floors for the young-lings. Everybody pulled out the extra effort and it turned out too well.
