I couldn't be more pleased with the inspection/inspector. Inspector took time to meticulously go over house, was at property for almost 4 hours, and was very knowledgeable on all matters from exterior building techniques and their common short comings to electrical codes.
We've utilized a few inspectors over the past year and Diamond takes top prize. I can't say enough about the detail of the inspection, no breaker nor wire went unchecked, no buried post un prodded. Good thing since some electrical circuits were undersized and step foundations rotten. Inspector even caught Kitec used in in floor heating which no insurance company will insure.
The report was provided promptly latter that night and was very well done, captured all of the findings and included suggested repairs complete with diagrams/example pics.
