Hands down the BEST home inspection we have had
Having had experience with 4 separate home inspectors in less than 5 years we have finally found a keeper and someone who we would highly recommend to anyone. Moving is a stressful time as is one year inspections (which is why we recently used Diamond Home Inspection) and you need someone you can trust and someone who genuinely cares about your investment as if it was their own. Egbert is your guy!
He came prepared with all the tools and gadgets to do a thorough inspection, and even investigated items further that were outside his scope. We have a concerns with our front portico not being structural sound and Egbert took all steps he could to investigate and to prepare us in addressing our builder.
He is thorough!!!! What more could you ask for? The price is fair, his company is pleasant, he is extremely knowledgeable, answers your questions and prepares you for the next step in your investment.
