Awash Roofing & Renovation

We decided that our 16 year-old roof needed to be re-shingled and like most people should we sought three quotes and asked friends, family, and neighbours for advice about firms that they would recommend. (next time, straight to HomeStars!). Our decision to go with Kebreab Ashame and his company; Awash Roofing and Renovation was extremely fortunate for us. Here's a tip, anyone who "quotes" you on a roofing job should take the time to at least go up on your roof to inspect and measure. Kebreab was the only one of the three firms that quoted on our roof that did that! His price was very competitive but more than that he was honest about when he could take the job on (roofers have a limited season to get their work done). Once he and team started, they got right to it and completed the job in about two weeks, almost exactly to his quote! His staff were polite, cleaned up everyday (we have small children running around the yard!), and ensured that we could access our garage and backyard without stepping on nails, old shingles, or pieces of eavestrough. Awash provided WSIB clearance certificates and evidence of liability insurance, upon request, without hesitation. We had an wonderful experience and now a sound, sealed, and beautiful new roof.
