We asked Awash Roofing to repair our roof and that of 3 other townhouses which they completed in 1915. Both I and one other
owner have both spent well over $1,000 since in repairs. Two years ago,
another roofer inspected it and said there were a few problems, but mostly only one nail had been used where 3 were needed so they were not securely nailed and that I should be refunded for the extra expenses He sent an email to Kebreab to that effect. I heard nothing and talked to his secretary. I never heard a word back from Kebreab. Now still I have further shingles sitting in my driveway from the windstorm damage. Kebreab will do nothing about any of this. His work is inferior work. Moira

Recent wind storm ripped shingles off our roof. Kebreab came by quickly, inspected the roof, and scheduled a repair. Also provided a detailed and reasonable quote for replacing our roof next year. Looking forward to completing that work with them after the winter!

I watched the crew from Awash Roofing replace my neighbour's flat roof last fall. And I listened to them. I was impressed with the crew's commitment to doing a good for the customer. The crew lead would point out where things needed to be done right. So I called them, they quoted quickly and competitively. And we were not disappointed with our results either. I appreciated Kabreab's advice on skylights i.e. to stay away from mechanical opening skylights in areas one can't reach on a ladder. We are very satisfied with the results. The job looks considerably more professional than when the house was new 20 years ago.
