He came out and gave me a quote, when we discussed a month later the project and what was needed, he stuck to and honored his quote. As usual there is always something that comes up and my issue was the flat roof that had been installed the previous year by another company. It was installed on a wet roof and there was mold growing in between the layers. Awash roofing took care of this problem for a very reasonable price.
They were quick, efficient and cleaned up after themselves very nicely. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.
