I called around to a number of different tile setters before deciding on Dmitri. He wasn't the cheapest of the bunch but I got a very good vibe from him as he really took the time to thoroughly explain the job and what steps were needed to get it done right. He was kind, professional and above all, wanted to make sure we were happy.
His great customer service charm matched a job well done. Dmitri and his team are very hard workers and made sure the job was done to my liking. The kitchen turned out incredible and we're so glad we opted to go with a few of Dmitri's knowledgeable suggestions.
He treated our house well and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. When I had a small problem with one of the tiles, he made the time to stop in again — with no complaint or push-back — to make sure we were happy and the job came out superb.
I plan on doing my kitchen backsplash in the future and I will certainly re-hire Dmitri for that job without hesitation. Solid and skilled at his craft!
