Dealt with Gabe who was very professional, front door was installed on time as scheduled and look great. There were some issues with the wood trim and alarm wiring but Gabe addressed the issues immediately offering to have work redone and a $200 credit.

I've worked with Gabriel and Ecochoice for a number of jobs now. They have a very high efficiency product at a great price. Throw in great customer service, and you've got a winning combination. I would highly recommend Ecochoice, and will be working with Gabriel on my next planned upgrade.

We recently engaged Eco Choice to install a new front door at our home after obtaining 3 other estimates from various reputable contractors. Needless to say, we are extremely pleased with both the purchase and installation of our new fibreglass door, which has received numerous positive comments from our neighbours. We met with Gabriel at a home show earlier this year, and received some great input from him as we considered this purchase. The estimate he later provided was very reasonable, and his installers were excellent as we were looking for a contractor who would expand the existing door frames to accomodate a larger door and two side-lites. All in all, our experience with Eco-Choice has been a very positive one and we would not hesitate to recommend Gabriel and his team to anyone considering a similar purchase.

We wanted to put a dog door into our existing door, but in the end decided it was time to upgrade the door instead. After searching for a suitable vendor/installer we came across Eco Choice. Couldn't be happier with the end result. Installers who came did a great job. Dog door cutout was initially done incorrectly, but Gabriel quickly sorted out the problem and replaced the door at no charge. Happy to recommend

We had a tight schedule to get new windows and door installed and Eco Choice delivered! They were there whenever we called or had any questions. Their installers were good, clean and responsible. We would definitely use them again.

My inlaws had issues with cold air entering their patio doors during the winter. Looked on homestars and had my inlaws contact Eco Choice Windows. They were in quick contact with Gabe and within a few hours my inlaws were at the showroom. My inlaws were impressed with Gabe that they decided to buy their new patio doors that day. ( My MIL was worried that installation would take several months due to production times but was glad to hear that within 4 weeks she would get her new doors) . This is our second time having Eco Choice install windows at our home. Alan was great at explaining the different windows styles and our options. Alex and the crew did an amazing job with the installation of the windows. They look beautiful. I am very happy.

I called several companies for a quote to replace a second level patio door to a window. Eco Choice's estimate was very competitive and the customer service from Gabriel was fantastic. I was given an estimated installation date of 6-8 weeks and the window was installed well ahead of schedule. The installers arrived a little later than they said they would but the work was done efficiently. They cleaned up the interior really well and some minor mess outside which was fine. The only fault I had was that there was an iron railing I was under the impression would be removed but they left it in the garage.

Fantastic from start to finish. Great advice and explanation from Gabriel. Terrific follow-up from office. Gorgeous product. Best of all, the installers did an absolutely beautiful job. I will be ordering more windows & doors from Eco Choice and definitely ask for the same installers!
