Good customer service. Had a minor issue which was quickly and efficiently addressed by Gabriel & Carroll. They certainly know what customer satisfaction is. I would have no reservation in recommending this company.

They replaced my front bow window (4 panels), as well as my kitchen window and 3 bedroom windows. The crew were excellent, with good attention to detail, especially with regards to the finishing both inside and outside. Work was scheduled for two days, but they were done in one. Very reasonably priced with good customer service throughout the process.

I needed to replace three big old windows. Gabe was prompt and gave me a very reasonable quote. There was some confusion about double or triple paned glass and various insulated coatings we had discussed, but he told me he wasn't aware of some changes that I found on his company's website. He apologized, and the rest of the process was smooth. The installer Alex was very professional. I'm happy with the vinyl windows we got and the price was better than the competitors.

Alan from Eco Windows and Doors really helped us find the best options for our house. He took the time to explain the differences, benefits and options for windows and doors that we knew nothing about. We had to contact him multiple times to change what we wanted because we couldn't decide and Alan was very accomodating and quick with his responses. The installers that came to the house were great. Everything was done in a day and they cleaned up after themselves to leave the place as it was before they came. Overall, it was a great experience!

We went to the showroom and were immediately impressed with the quality of the products shown. Gabriel gave us a quote after we gave him our measurements. These were confirmed by Andrii who was to install them. The team arrived at the time they promised and worked hard and efficiently to get the job done within the scheduled time. Our hardwood floors, furniture and exterior were well protected and everywhere was thoroughly cleaned up at the end of the installation. We are very appreciative of the work of Andrii and Vitaly who left us with a beautiful job which we are very pleased with. We highly recommend this company to anyone who appreciates excellent product quality and work with a reasonable price tag for it all.

Eco Choice did a great job and were a pleasure to work with! From the beginning they answered all my questions, explained the entire install process including proper insulation and sealing of the windows, and were very warm and professional. The installers clarified everything with me before they started on anything and they laid out protection for my floors anywhere they were working. The finished windows and doors look beautiful and are properly sealed and I couldn't be happier.
