Working with Farshad and his team was a pleasure from start to finish. We trusted his experience and vast knowledge about structural issues and waterproofing, which put us at ease throughout the process - crucial when changing the foundation of an old home. They underpinned our entire basement (including underfloor plumbing and concrete slab), added a walkout and did some other masonry work, and at every stage were professional and friendly. Easy Flip has repaired two different garage doors for me over the years - both times Nathan did a great job assessing and doing the repair. The first time he repaired a dent, and the second time he replaced rollers, both quickly and at a fair price. Highly recommended.

My 10-yr old, high-efficiency Trane furnace needed repairs. I was on the Reliance heating protection plan, so someone came to replace the circuitboard. It worked for 2 weeks, then the igniter went out. Something to do with the new circuitboard. A new igniter was ordered, delivered - but it was the wrong part. After some back and forth with the courier Reliance hired, it came a few days later and was installed. That went a week later. Very frustrating experience. After all that, they told me parts were too hard to find for this furnace and it needed to be replaced. I did some quick research and was satisfied with the price and product they proposed - a Rheem unit with a 5 yr warranty. It was installed the next day, which was great. Unfortunately the installers damaged a carpet and wall in the basement. Fortunately they paid me for the damages, although it was still an inconvenience. Lots of ups and downs. In summary, I had a good experience with all technicians and the saleman, but I was frustrated with the courier employed by Reliance (they mixed up the part with another order, making me wait an extra day or two), and the installers - a different company. I think Reliance needs to be more selective with its subcontractors.

I needed to replace three big old windows. Gabe was prompt and gave me a very reasonable quote. There was some confusion about double or triple paned glass and various insulated coatings we had discussed, but he told me he wasn't aware of some changes that I found on his company's website. He apologized, and the rest of the process was smooth. The installer Alex was very professional. I'm happy with the vinyl windows we got and the price was better than the competitors.

Our metal garage door had a dent that over time got worse. It wouldn't close smoothly and finally just stopped. I called Easy Flip on a Sunday night and Mike came the next day! He installed a strut which solved our issue. Thanks so much Easy Flip!

After being very disappointed with another company (They took my deposit and wouldn't schedule a date for more than three weeks!) I tried Peter's company. He was friendly, quick to respond, and his team did a fine job pruning my huge tree and chopping it up into firewood. Tidied up the yard nicely. My only issue was a scheduling one - They forgot to come on the day they said they would, but came he next working day. No biggie.

A small clogged drain issue became a whole sewer line upgrade, but I feel much better we did it! Our 100-year old house had original clay pipes that were on the outs. New PVC pipes from the house stack right out to the city line with minimal basement disruption thanks to the pipe-bursting technology was great. Also the backwater valve and upgraded sump pump are eligible for city rebates and now I feel more secure about possible water damage down the road. These guys were professional and reasonable. One note - they aren't landscapers - if you want to save your yard shrubs or have your paving stones reassembled properly after the big front yard dig, you'll be doing that yourself.

Had a skunk under our foundation-less mudroom. After a weeks-long attempt to close off the entry hole on my own (the skunk kept digging deeper and more circuitous paths), I called in the pros. Derrick was great, and installed a serious wire barrier and one way door. Determined mother skunk kept getting around it, and after a few more days of assessment, we decided to let her raise her babies a bit longer until they could leave for good on their own. Derrick's patience and willingness to come back and deal with the situation humanely was appreciated.

A professional company from start to finish. Sandy was a no-pressure salesman, which was refreshing after some of the others I had over. He knew the product was good, and that he had a competitive price, so there was no need to haggle. The installers were quick and tidy. Happy with the vinyl windows we chose.

Andrew was very helpful in examining our new house. I followed him around, peppering him with questions, and he was happy to chat about all my issues, going beyond the standard checklist for home inspection.

These guys got us moved on time and everything went as planned. They were great at manoeuvering our super long couch in the tight hallway. One of the younger men didn't speak english very well, so I found some boxes in the wrong rooms, but not a major problem.

I had a great experience with A & A. Brad was very helpful in estimating the cost of the job, and his friendly, non-aggressive style was appreciated. Dwight was efficient and professional with his masonry work, and very respectful of the property. After I suggested he tuckpoint a few extra areas that I thought could use it, he gladly agreed.
