The windows are excellent but I cringe every time I walk to my front door. My frustration grows with each passing week that it is not being addressed - I wish the crew came and told me to buy another $15 doorbell that fit the new door frame. Instead, they simply did a rookie-hack-job on a doorbell I purchased that was too wide for the new frame. It juts out & the one side is covered in caulking, completely ruining the experience of the front door. I have a neighbour who needs work done who came and asked me for a referral today. If he walks over here and looks at this front door, I don't think he's going to go with you - even though your product is amazing & the crew did an excellent job everywhere else in the house. Sadly, the amateur mistake on a brand new front door is your first experience with your work. I've already had family and friends comment on it on their way in, knowing we were doing the expensive reno - $14k. I wish the installer told me it didn't fit - I would have made a 10 minute run up the street to Home Depot to return/replace the doorbell. Instead, I burned $30 on a doorbell that is half covered in calking, spent another $15 on a new bell that has been sitting on my counter for 3 weeks as I wait for a call from you guys on when this is going to be fixed. I am disappointed that instead of my satisfaction being a priority, you have made your next job in my area a priority, whereby, if your crew guy is supposed to call me & I get to have an awkward conversation with him so he can come by to fix it. Pick an installer. Give me a date. I'll leave the new doorbell in the mailbox. Fix this gawdy, rookie, eyesore on a $1k door.
