Hello! I'm so happy to hear that you followed up after thinking about it since before the pandemic. Not only are we easier to use than Culligan - but about 1/2 the price and every bit as efficient. George is an old hand at this and is not only a stellar technician, but also a great guy. I am sorry about the initial issue but I'm happy we were able to get it fixed quickly. And yes, concerning cost: It blows my mind how much some companies feel they can charge and that somehow it is ok. I know what equipment costs us.
