From office staff to the technicians providing the service on site, the system's yearly service has always been a pleasure. Also, the window of service arrival has always been reasonable. Finally, I appreciate that the technicians arrive masked without question.

After years of being ripped off for eaves maintenance, window-cleaning, small jobs, and the like, a wonderful real estate agent recommended White Shark to me. What a godsend! I have widened my use of their services to include yard and garden maintenance with the hard-working Jackie, and then took the leap of refreshing the exterior of the house. I was not very optimistic about resuscitating its appearance. Previously, carpenters had said that whether the organic cedar, or the pressure treated lumber, it was undesirable to "paint" these because it would only need to be redone. They opined that silvering was desirable. But their advice led to wear and a shabby appearance that was unacceptable to me. Roger explained that pressure-treatment of lumber is there to assure straightness of the timbres in transportation of the product, but that a year after installation, it is suitable for clear or opaque staining that gives the impression of painting. Even if damaged or weathered, it was possible to scrape and clean the surface before application. I was pleased that Kevin and Jason took care to tape off the railing where black metal spools met the wooden handrail. They checked back with me on the results of clear-staining the weathered deck. And, they were super patient with me when I changed my mind on colour (yes, true). I've been receiving compliments from my neighbours since the job completion. Sometimes, clients who do not have "maker" experience themselves often have unrealistic expectations in terms of preparation and timeline. On the other side of the bargain, sometimes makers hide valuable information from the client. In my estimation, the best contract is a collaboration. I strive to find makers who are invested in my education by answering questions such that I can make good decisions for the property. In addition to that and a strong work ethic, I also value communication and good manners. (I appreciated that the team knocked on the door to alert me to the start of their work day.) While I sometimes have difficulties using the dashboard, the office staff always cheerfully resolves matters on the phone. All bookings and payments are completed in a satisfactory manner. For these reasons, I recommend White Shark to friends and colleagues.

This century, timbre-framed, and aluminum-sided house in Leslieville posed a special challenge: The room directly below the gabled part of the roof had no hard-wired illumination. Eco-Comfort was very accommodating as regarded the protracted timeline required to test the quality of the old filler and plaster ceiling, upgrade the hatch, and install the wiring, before returning to install baffling and replace the cellulose. Materials used are sustainable. All personnel were personable, efficient, and tidy. They also imparted valuable information regarding the roof and soffit work that preceded them.

Given the severity of the problem (old, steel stack that had fractured vertically & the necessity of digging up 1/2 the length of the front yard), the work was clean and the team was committed to returning the garden bed to its original condition. I was able to take photographs of the damaged pipe and they also sent me some electronically. I have already referred Express Router to another prospective home buyer. Thank you!

Eek, the hopelessly stopped toilet! Kim arrived promptly, explained and resolved the problem, and WOW did a thorough clean up job afterwards. I did not have to restore the environment. I was so touched. New CN Drain & Plumbing is usually right up there, but today's Kim was exceptional!
