Super happy with our new water filtration system! Everyone I spoke with was super friendly - from booking the appointment to the installer.
The price was laid out ahead of time, although the cost of the faucet wasnt included and also wasnt mentioned until the installer arrived. Not a huge deal, and it did depend on which faucet I chose ($160), but would have been nice to be told that up front.
The installer was professional, friendly, and efficient, doing the full install in only 1.5 hours, which included drilling through our quartz countertop. They wore a mask, cleaned up after themselves, and clearly explained how everything works.
