House roofing - the entire roof was re-shingled.
My wife and decided to have our roof repaired as it was over 20 years old.
One of her work colleagues had their roof repaired by Magnum Roofing therefore the work was by referral.
The Magnum Team was prompt starting the job although there was a bad weather delay.
They brought the new roofing material complete with the flashing and vents on the bad weather day - no time lost.
The original roofing and venting was removed and carted away. At the same time Magnum swept the surrounding lawn for nails and debris.
Very thorough.
3 work days passed (large roof!) and the job was complete.
Professional, courteous and respectful of the property - a job well done.
One of the Team detailed to us was was done and what was left to do (a single flash piece).
This piece was installed 1 day later.
All in all the roof looks great!
