Karen and her team helped us create the kitchen and dining room we always wanted! From start to finish, this talented group of design professionals were available to answer any questions or ideas we had. Karen met with us to gather information about our style choices, needs and wants for the spaces, offering suggestions and options for us to think about. The meeting in her showroom was incredibly detailed, offering us multiple options to choose from, from tile and cabinet choices to window coverings, art and furniture. Her team handled the sourcing, ordering, scheduling of deliveries and coordinating of contractors. Everyone says home renovations are stressful undertakings and we can't imagine trying to do this huge project without their help. It was an incredible experience. We have had many compliments on our finished kitchen and dinner room and would hightly recommend Sealy Design Inc. to anyone!

Me and my wife bought a downtown condo knowing full well that it required a lot of work. We didn't know where to begin. We met with Karen to discuss a full remodel and almost immediately knew we were in great hands. Karen and her team came up with a proposal that met all of our requirements and creatively sourced materials to stay within our budget. Extremely happy with the end result and would definitely recommend Sealy Design to anyone looking for a top tier design shop!

Simply awesome. A pleasure to deal with. Sealy Design made our dark 90's kitchen into a space that we love. Karen took her time to understand how we used the space and offered suggestions on how we can maximize. I have to give props to the design team for helping us understand the many white paint colours available. Seriously, there are a lot of whites and picking one was a lot easier with their help. The process of figuring out what hardware and faucet options would have taken a lot longer if not for their guidance. The guys that did the work were on time and great to deal with. Highly recommend Karen and her team...now on to the basement!

The Sealy Design team was incredibly organized from the start. They were easy to work with and took all the worry out of the renovation and all the decisions that needed to be made. When we are ready for phase 2 we will definitely be calling Karen and her team again.

I Worked with Karen and her team on a medium sized project and karen helped us with our house. She’s so fabulous with amazing ideas. Karens spacial understanding is the best I’ve ever seen. I feel like with sealy design it’s great value and would recommend to everyone.

I have lack of trust for this company. Lack of transparency wrt their charges and hours used. I truly believe this company will choose products that they can get a back end dollar on. It doesn't matter what you like they will always choose items from their own suppliers so they can make an extra dollar. Do not believe the designer discount - you will not get it. That money goes back into their pocket. Perhaps I can say the design was good, but I have a lack of trust for this company with how they operate and charge their clients. To me, it was a money making deal, and I never once felt they really took pride in even what they did. I was really disappointed in using this design company and the lack of trust was overwhelming. The communication between junior designer and team lead (yes we know who that is) was frustrating. You ask one question and then it had to go up the ladder to get the answer. So much back and forth to get a final answer was ridiculous. Watch your dollar with this company.

My husband and I are thrilled with our renovation. We had talked about it for years but didn’t know where to start. Once we had Karen to our home she helped formalize a plan and approx budget in the first meeting. The process was smooth as Karen and her team lay out their tasks and time required upfront. Once we approve they did the work and billed the amount of the quote.

One thing I’d suggest is move out if you can. My husband and I did and it was so much easier on everyone.

We are now planning our basement RENO with Sealy Design for 2021. We can’t wait to start. Thanks Karen and the Seay Design Team!!!

We partnered with the Sealy Design team to complete two family bathroom renos and for a re-design of our family room. LOVED working with the Sealy team. Professional, talented, reliable and quality work. We are delighted with our renovations and are enjoying our home all the more after this project.

Karen and her team designed my dining room and kitchen. From start to finish I found the team extremely professional and Karen to be knowledgeable and kind as she navigated my many (many!) questions. My kitchen is a thing of beauty. Karen pays attention and really listened to me, she swayed me from my usual neutral-palate in the dining room into doing something more interesting and introduced a bold feature wall. She saw a framed picture of Audrey Hepburn in my foyer (my Mom had taken it when she met Audrey on a trip in the 60's) and suggested a Tiffany turquoise. So happy I did this, it defines the space and has a personal connection. I was kept in the loop the entire time about how we were tracking expense-wise, her design team was great to deal with and her work-crew left my home clean. Thank you Sealy Design for creating a space I love (with more storage; genius!) keeping me informed and on-budget, and being so fabulous to work with.
