I have lack of trust for this company. Lack of transparency wrt their charges and hours used. I truly believe this company will choose products that they can get a back end dollar on. It doesn't matter what you like they will always choose items from their own suppliers so they can make an extra dollar. Do not believe the designer discount - you will not get it. That money goes back into their pocket. Perhaps I can say the design was good, but I have a lack of trust for this company with how they operate and charge their clients. To me, it was a money making deal, and I never once felt they really took pride in even what they did. I was really disappointed in using this design company and the lack of trust was overwhelming. The communication between junior designer and team lead (yes we know who that is) was frustrating. You ask one question and then it had to go up the ladder to get the answer. So much back and forth to get a final answer was ridiculous. Watch your dollar with this company.

Our process: We create “Next Steps” that document all tasks in a given timeframe and provide a firm quote. When we complete the work, we bill exactly that amount.
Suppliers & Discounts: We do our best to purchase from wholesalers that we trust so we can SHARE discounts with you – many design firms do not share discounts at all. We present a few overall looks that use a variety of suppliers, and by the end of the presentation, the client has selected their favourites. If they don’t like options, we are happy to resource based on their feedback. Our goal is to always hit the nail on the head the first time, and we generally do.
Pride: We LOVE what we do and when you meet/talk to anyone from our team, it is obvious that we are here to make our clients’ happy. We have many repeat clients’ which is the mainstay of any design business, and the only way this happens is with happy clients’ and amazing results!
