I rarely write reviews, but in this case I am making an exception. I contacted Don after reading ALL of the great reviews on his inspections and a lot of bad reviews on other companies. I'm glad I did, Don was able to juggle his schedule and do my inspection the next day. He asked me to be there for the duration of the inspection, which was refreshing from what I had experienced in the past. He is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, patient, and professional. He walked me through everything while he was doing it and offered great advice as he was a former contractor. DON DOES NOT CUT CORNERS!! The report, explanation, and pictures have helped me prioritize what needs to be done and when. I am exceptionally happy with the job Don did and would use nobody else ever! Thanks Don!
