Ontario Asbestos Removal

We purchased a house that was built in the 1950's and were doing minor renovations when our contractors found asbestos in our attic. Luckily our neighbor referred us to Marcello and his crew. Marcello and his crew were extremely friendly and professional. They got rid of the asbestos and the old insulation; they worked so hard and cleaned the attic spotless! When they finished Marcello told me that he would place vapor barrier and re-insulate my attic and that they did. They did excellent work and job well done. My wife and kids are extremely happy with Marcello and his crew. I would definitely highly recommend to all my friends and family. Thank you Marcello and crew!!!

After calling 3-4 different companies to get quotes for asbestos removal in our home, Marcello was the only person to come to our house and actually inspect the property for asbestos. Not only was he more affordable than anyone else, he was also more professional than everyone else. He took the time to explain everything to us and showed us all of his qualifications. After removing the asbestos from our vents and removing some ceiling tiles, Marcello and his crew even helped us install new drywall in the ceiling and walls of one of the rooms where the work was done. Our renovation was going fast and forward until we hit the proverbial brick wall, which happened to have asbestos. After calling 6 companies, interviewing 3 contractors on site, I chose none! You could just look at them and see they were just laughing at how much they had asked me for such a small job.
Enter Marcelo! I was referred to him by another general contractor and decided to give him a call. The call went really well and invited him to our site. That is when we saw all his certification ids, expert tips that were not mentioned by the other guys and an estimate which was less than half the average of all the other ones we got.
Marcelo started 2 days after and nicely surprised us by bringing 5 of his crewmen, which worked non-stop from 8 am until 6 pm. When they finished that first day it was clear they knew what they were doing as the site was actually cleaner than before the demolition.
Marcelo is the best! People say one cannot find a contract who is reliable, expert and cheap. Well, every rule has its exceptions and Marcelo flies much above his competition based on my family's experience. Honest to the bone and very friendly, we kept exchanging small text messages with him even after the renovation had concluded. I highly recommend this company to all people who like to receive excellent services in return for their hard earned money.

Don't bother quoting with any other company for asbestos removal and similar services. Marcello is honest, punctual, easy to talk to, affordable, and honest. Did I say he's honest?

His team arrived on-time and started working immediately. This was, in my opinion, a big job. We're talking 4 layers of asbestos tiles and 1 layer of thick black mastic. his team went at it non-stop for a full 8 hours. I couldn't believe it. They were in and out. I was so concerned about losing height in my basement because of the black mastic and 4 layers of tiles...these guys are rock stars. I went down 7-8 hours later to find EVERYTHING gone. Tiles, mastic, everything.

I couldn't be happier with the service, price, and honesty I received from Marcello. If you have any doubts about asbestos, talk to this man. He knows his stuff and will take good care of you.

Marcello and his team did an excellent job of removing the asbestos in one of my vents. Although the job was small compared to what he normally works on, he took the time to come to my aid and also explained in detail what needed to be done. I would have no hesitation to recommend Marcello and his team.

Marcelo won us from start with an estimate which was half the average of the 3 other estimates we received and with his numeros industry accreditations and credentials. We were only demolish the dinning room but decided to take advantage of having found this great contractor and demolished all internal wall of our "new" 1925 house in Moore Park - Rosedale. With all the walls down we were able to find lots of remaining knob-and-tubes and ready-to-burst old pipes. Marcelo put 4 to 5 of his talented team members working on our project everyday for the 10-days that lasted the demolition, including two weekends. They took 4 or 5 truck loads with the very heavy old plaster from the home. It was like my house had done Dr. Bernstein diet. During those 10 days I got to know more about Marcelo and became fan of his work ethics, driving force and proactive & honest attitude towards his customers. He seems to believe in working hard, charging fair and going out of his way to please his customers.

We had asbestos surrounding the registers in the home we just purchased and needed somebody to quickly remove it before we moved in as we were on a tight schedule. Marccello and his team were prompt and courteous, showing up the same day we called to give an estimate, and completing the job the next morning.
