Morley, Justin & Jess replaced the whole plumbing system of our house and they were very professional. We are extremely happy with them and the work they did and almost - almost look forward to needing a plumber again to give them more work! We highly recommend them for replacing polyb and going above and beyond. They obviously took old school pride in their work.

Morley's quote is very reasonable comparing with the quotes we got from other service providers (including the contractor worked for us before). His work is great, on time and on budget.

Morley replaced our hot water tank recently and we are very satisfied with the service. When I had called him with the problem, he came at his earliest convenience. He had previously replaced our kitchen sink and I am going to have him replace all our faucets in the house at a later date. We would highly recommend his company.

I was thoroughly impressed with the service, responsiveness, and value that Morley and his team offered. I had three different companies (all found through Homestars) come out and give me quotes around Christmas 2014, as I was gutting a bathroom in my house and discovered that the builders had cut some corners in terms of stack placement.

Morley's quote was just slightly higher than the lowest of the three, but to be fair he included a few small extra fixes that were definitely useful. More importantly, he was extremely knowledgable and happy to answer so many little questions, as I've never had to hire a plumber previously. He gave me a few different options price-wise, thoroughly explained each, and was able to offer a quick turnaround on coming to do the work once I decided to go with his company.
Maybe this is the norm with plumbing companies in Calgary, but I felt they went the extra mile in cleaning up every bit of debris after the work was done, and I'm certain it was cleaner in that gutted bathroom after they left than it was when they arrived. The work was done on time, with no surprise costs or overages. I would not hesitate to call Morley and Plumber MD for any future plumbing needs, and I've already recommended him to a handful of people who've asked about my renovation.

We had a problem with a leaking Kohler shower tower in October last year, and were very pleased with the service provided by Plumber MD. We had water running from the fixture constantly, and were thankful that Morley said he could have someone out to look at it within a few days, rather than weeks. Long story short, they were able to solve the problem for a lot less than they originally thought, and were both professional and on time. They even sent us a copy of the owner's manual for the fixture, which is over 10 years old, just so that we would have it. Amazing service and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

After failed DIY toilet fix project, I called Morley to come and professionally fit toilet in my house. His quote for the job was most competitive and made himself available on the next day. Although, not him but one of his employee showed up, the job was done well. He identified and corrected issue with other toilet as well so I am very satisfied.

I had the pleasure of using Plumber MD to complete some work for a bathroom renovation that I was undertaking myself. I was looking for a plumber to install a new tub, toilet, rough-in plumbing for a new shower set-up, and install all the trim. I was actually recomended to call Morley at Plumber MD by a competing company who was too busy at the time to take on the job. I could not have been more impressed by the experience. Morley answered all questions I had regarding the work, suggested improvements for fixture placement, and even some cosmetic improvements based on his experiences with other renovations. His quote came back exceptionally reasonable compared to competing companies, and he was able to get the initial work of the tub install and rough-in done within 3 days of the quote. After competing companies told me I needed to remove countertops and walls to get the new tub installed, Morley and his employee had the tub in place quickly and with not an issue to be had with either. The second trip out to finish installing the toilet and trim was similar. Despite a fully booked week, Morley was able to squeeze in my job on short notice and his employee had my bathroom functional again in short order.

Overall, I highly recommend Plumber MD. From the exceptional service and more importantly, quality work, they will definitely be getting a call from me for any plumbing work I need to have done in the future.
