Fixing bad plumbing in our old house.
My husband and I are extremely pleased with the service we received from Morley and his associate, Ryan. Morley was polite and professional. He responded immediately to my phone calls and we quickly established a date and time for on site work. He is prompt and efficient and also could see what needed to be done and gave a very accurate estimate for both time and price of work needed.
Our house is very old (over 100 years old) and so has a crawl space and questionable plumbing put in over the years. This did not faze Morley nor Ryan (who was the one who had to crawl around in the dirt!!). Ryan did the work and when he saw other things that needed tightening or extra support he did it (that was not in the original work order and there was no extra charge). He gave suggestions that were very helpful for future maintenance.
When I needed to have Ryan come back as a followup to the original work, to fix a small leak, Morley responded immediately and Ryan was at our house quickly and he analyzed what the problem was and replaced some hoses that were original and problematic. This was done quickly and free of charge!!
I highly recommend Plumber MD and am so glad I have found such a reliable service.
