Baydoun Appliances came out and installed an over the range microwave at my condominium. The installation itself went flawlessly, but the microwave was defective, and I ended up having to take it down, exchange it, and mount the new one myself... It was not Baydoun Appliance's fault that Samsung decide to make a death trap of a microwave where it only microwaved if the door was open... but I would have appreciated not being rebilled to have them come out and put up the replacement considering this all happened in the same day.

Rating from the initial installation alone I have no complaints.

Came to our home very quickly to install our new dishwasher. Charged us nothing because they could not repair our old one and even took out the old one for me at no charge. Great company and would recommend to all my friends.

I read the good reviews so we booked them to install a dishwasher and microwave. We appreciated that they were very accommodating to changes in our reno schedule. They arrived right on time, completed the job, and responded promptly to follow-up questions. I'm very satisfied with their level of customer service and professionalism.

After reading positive reviews on Home Stars for this company, called and scheduled an appointment for Dishwasher and Over the Range Microwave installation for my Mother's house. They were their on scheduled time. Installed both the appliances to find out Over the Range Microwave was defective. Came the next day to re-install the new piece, were very polite and professional and even fixed a small leakage in the Fridge and didn't charge anything extra. My mother was very pleased with their service. Will definitely use them for any future appliance install or repair and would highly recommend them.

Bought new appliances for the kitchen, and the store (very popular store) pointed me to their "outsourced" installation company. Anyway, that company setup an appointment with me, and then didn't show up, nor could I get in contact with them, when they didn't show up.

I was scrambling to find someone to get this installed, as I was going away, and wanted these in ASAP. I actually had a hard time finding someone I deemed professional (based on reviews/comments I had come across on the net). I was lucky enough to stumble across Baydoun Appliances web page, and subsequent reviews on this site. I called them Wednesday, and they were their the next day. The installation was fantastic! He took everything out, put the new stuff in, and ensured it worked (eg. No leaks in dishwasher - ran it, before he completely installed it), and even cleaned up after he was done!.

I don't want to waste time, and take time away from Baydoun Appliances and what a great job they did, by venting about my complete displeasure with the store I bought the appliances from, and the support I didn't receive about the missing installers, I'll simply say that next time I buy any appliance, I won't even worry about if they have a company that installs appliances, and how good they are, now that I know about Baydoun Appliances.

What more could you ask for?

Saw all of the good reviews and decided to give them a try. Andrew installed my appliances without any problems and knew what he was doing. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone.

After making an appointment with another company to install my microwave I shortly read bad reviews about them and quickly cancelled. Came across Baydoun Appliances while searching for a reputable company and read very good reviews. Spoke to Mark around noon to get my over the range microwave installed, luckily for me he was in the area and came hours later to install it. Quick and professional job, would definitely recommend these guys.
