We recently had our out dated kitchen rebuilt and hired GTC to do all the work. From our first consultation we were impressed by the detail and customer service they provided. Shain set the bar for customer relations higher and he and GTC far exceeded our expectations. Shain was very prompt in handling any of our requests, and we were in constant contact throughout the renovations. Any minor details, or changes were all handled and resolved with in 24 hours of the request. All the suppliers they recommended to us to purchase appliances, tiles, and cabinets, ,were outstanding. They were all very helpful with our purchases and deliveries were all on time, and to our requirements. We are very happy with what we can now call our kitchen, and everything came within our budget. We would highly recommend GTC for any renovation and plan on hiring them again to rebuild out basement in the future.

UPDATE: Approximately 6 months later, the floor tiles started to pop and crack. After numerous attempts to have GTC comeback(after 4 missed appointments) it turns out there was not a sub floor laid under the tiles. The wire mess was stapled directly to the diagonal house sub floor. It took 3 weeks to have it repaired, and it is still not right. There is inconsistant grout lines, some of the tiles are not level, the trim is horrible. There is a hole in the wall of the closet near the floor. We have asked for cleaners to come in and clean, since there were no drop cloths or plastic put on any of our belongings, and after a week, they still have not had anyone contact us on that. Im very disappointed in GTC's commitment to warranty issues. We ordered a new kitchen, and now we have a botched rebuilt floor.
