After our freezer stopped working I called a few places I found on HomeStars that mentioned Sub Zero in their description. All of them said they actually don't service Sub Zeros.
I then found Acco, called and left a message and they called me back within a half hour. Jesse said he could come the same day. He called when he was about a half hour away. He diagnosed my problem and gave me a quote right away. It was expensive but that's the price you pay for having a Sub Zero I think.
He fixed it within an hour as well as secured it properly to the cabinet which it wasn't before, as well as fixed the light inside the fridge which was also broken. He did this for no extra charge. He warrantees the work for a year as well.
Everything is freezing again. I would recommend Acco.
