Gold Seal Caulking

After reading the several flawless reviews for this company on Homestars I decided to send an email for a quote which Michael replied to promptly. He scheduled a visit to assess my property, and the following day provided a detailed and competitive quote. The 3 man crew arrived promptly and were polite and very quick at starting the preparation and work. It was over 30 degrees out and very humid, yet his team worked all the way through and did a great job at re-caulking all of the entrances, windows and vents surrounding the property. They even re-caulked around the power outlets and hose valves in the backyard : )

Excellent job and prompt service. Mike came out and did a quote in person and noted all the deficiencies in our old caulking. He arrived on the scheduled day with a crew and had the work finished before we returned home from work. He even did our vents free of charge and matched all the caulking to our stone and windows.

I recently had Michael and Ed remove all the existing caulking on the exterior of our house. The large gaps were first filled with backer rod insulation and then every opening was completely sealed with a thick,smooth bead of caulking. I found both gentlemen easy to deal with and admired their goal of making sure that I was totally satisfied with the job that they had done. Michael was extremely responsive, he came over and gave us a quote - explained what he was going to do in a very timely fashion. He gave us a date and even with the weather in April was able to slot us in and give us amazing service. He removed the old caulking, put backer rod insulation and then applied a beautiful bead of caulk.

He did such an awesome job on our house, my neighbour decided to go ahead and replace the caulking on their house also.

I also can't believe the difference the new caulking has made to our second story and efficiency of our furnace. In the past, our furnace would turn on every 5 minutes when the weather was cold. Now I hardly even hear the furnace come on when the weather is cold outside. Also, our upstairs bedroom is generally as a rule, 2 degrees cooler compared to the rest of the house. The new caulking has made our room much warmer (now, the same temperature). I'm really looking forward to the reduced electricity bills.
