Was as polite and professional as can be, did not try to upsell me, just pointed out a few things to watch for future. EXEMPLARY SMALL-SERVICE CALL. Zero 'tude' because it was a small job. One day I'll put in two high end insulated doors, maybe in a year and will call no one else. If he's this professional AND REASONABLY PRICED on a small job ... shop no further! Good as it gets.
