LONG STORY SHORT: NEVER EVER DO A DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! HIGLY UNPROFESSIONAL, UNETHICAL, DIFFICULT AND FRUSTRATING. WORST EXPERIENCE GUARANTEED!
Do yourself and everyone you know a favour and never, ever purchase a product here. In hind sight their deals may look good, their customer service may be pleasant but everything that comes afterwards is a never ending headache and problems, with false promises and lack of action.
This company is highly unprofessional and are run by people who don't give a damn about their customers time or contractors time. They've called twice telling us on the pick up date to come to their store earlier than the discussed time to pickup the hardwood, prompting us to leave work early or make other arrangements. Once the wood got here only two of the boxes were the products we ordered causing the contractors to lose a day of pay and work which they could've been doing elsewhere and for us to live in disarray. The head office does nothing but blame the manufacturers. And when asked to rectify the situation as soon as possible we were told to come pick it up ourselves in Brampton or to wait until Wednesday and make the exchange ourselves for $20 (what a joke)!! Shaik promised otherwise, that the exchange would be done by the company but we have yet to receive confirmation or word back on the issue. The labourers lost a day of work that could've been spent earning elsewhere and we are left living in a construction site with young children because of this companies lack of organization, cooperation, unwillingness, poor customer service, stinginess, horrible products with the wood just being stained and the sales are complete shams. Please check other reviews before buying, this company does not fully disclose all information and are not easy to deal with. A true and honest nightmare.
Don't even get me started on how hard we had to push to get our money for the returned box. And the reviews below giving it a 10 are obviously an effort to boost the companies PR given the same spelling mistakes, locations, names, and dates within which they were written. Undeserving of any positive reviews whatsoever.
