We though of changing our carpeted floor and stairs with hardwood. We have been shopping around since three months and different sales persons gave us different view and idea. When we went to Hardwood Giant, where we met Mr. Shaikh. He took time and explained everything in great details with patience. He has possessed great knowledge on flooring and stairs, needless to say he is so friendly and witty. The moment he greeted us, we connected well with him. His was warm, honest and accommodating.
