William will give you a cheap price and then try to get you to spend more when his team arrives. I said from the being it was only ducts I wanted cleaned. I had him booked for my home and a rental home I own. When I brought them to the rental property, his guys made every excuse not to do the job saying their tubes were not long enough to reach the furnace though I had already told them we would have to bring their equipment through a floor hatch.
2 days later (after I had to call him to ask when he would be going back with longer hoses) he then told me the cost would be twice what was quoted ($250 became
$500). His reasoning was that he couldnt get me to
spend more money on my home for extras so he wasnt going to waste time on my rental. Said he doesnt need by business and hung up the phone on me. I asked him to come see the jobs before doing them and he said he didnt have time for that. These are my prices
Not the case. Be very careful, he will try to get you to pay more for things you may not want and then treat you poorly when you dont take them.
Also, said he would be there with his big truck and showed up with a portable vacuum that even his guys admitted doesnt do a good enough job and hate using it.
