Justin was great at co-ordinating the renovations of my kitchen. It was fairly complex, involving the electrical, plumbing, carpentry, backsplash, etc. Overall, the team members were on time and prepared to do whatever work was necessary, to complete the job. Justin was able to schedule around issues with the installation of the actual countertops, and was able to complete the work efficiently, and I was very pleased with the end product and the renewal of my kitchen area. Justin made sure that the project was done to my satisfaction, and that the place was left as clean as possible. I would be pleased to recommend Odd Jobs in the future and use them again for their services.

I have used Oddjob twice now, and would highly recommend them. Justin and his team are very good at what they do, and are very reasonable in terms of value.

I had put in new hardwood floors, which caused havoc with all of my bedroom doors. Odd job planed down the doors I was keeping, reinstalled my closet doors, installed 3 new doors to make everything match, fixed my deck lattice, and created a hatch door in my basement so I could properly access my main water shutoff.

Everything was done very well. They really cleaned up after themselves and were very professional.

I will be using Odd job in the future and will be recommending them to friends and family.

We had some drywall holes patched, repainted, some minor grouting work and a toilet replaced. Punctual, friendly and efficient crew of two. Got the job done quickly and helped with clean up. Very reliable.

We removed a number of 1980's intercoms, old ceiling fixtures, and a built-in countertop, that resulted in 10+ holes in wall and ceiling drywall that needed patching. A few drywall specialists did not return phones calls, as I suppose the job was not big enough. I was happy to read on HomeStars that drywall repair was something that Odd Job could help us with.

I dealt with very efficient Kelly through email, and the scope of the project was understood and the dates booked at my convenience. On the morning of the appointment, Kelly called to say Jessica was on her way, on time.

Jessica was terrific! She was diligent, fastidious and above all skilled at drywall repair! She worked all day and didn't stop for a break. The job was over 4 levels of our home and so she was moving all day. As previously agreed, she would return 2 days later to sand. We were quite concerned the sanding process would leave our home full of dust. Jessica's sanding technique was such that dust was minimal, and accomplished quickly.

The cost was reasonable for the time, effort and expertise involved. I am already starting a list of other projects for Odd Job.

Justin removed and installed a new ceiling fan. He also looked at a toilet paper holder (a heavy one) That had ripped out of the wall. He gave us ideas and was willing to give it a shot, but we decided to wait on that one until we decided which way to go. He did an excellent job on the fan and was very professional and friendly. I would use him again in a heartbeat.

Some of my floor boards shifted over time and left gaps between the boards. These boards were glued to the transition molding so they couldn't be kicked back into place. The crew came in, moved the boards back into place, eliminated the gaps and replaced my molding. It was done quickly and I'm very satisfied with the quality of the work. They were professional and provided some helpful info. I'd highly recommend them to others and will reach out to them in the future for any projects.

I needed a closet enclosure built to secure electronics/equipment. (at my office). A team of 2 showed up right on time and completed the task in a timely fashion. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations.

We are so relieved to have found this company, they have restored not only areas of our home which needed attention but also a bit more faith in the building trades of Toronto. Following several disasters which numerous companies the previous year who literally did nothing but rip us off, let us down or made a mess of the jobs they were required to do, this team were excellent.
We had several outstanding small jobs which needed to be done and a few others which were more challenging and repairs from the previous contractors. Justin, Sean and the guys cracked on and had everything done in no time.
Hats off to Jessica who is still learning and made our small creepy basement storage area look fabulous, despite the challenge of using up some of our old tiles which couldn't be seen. She did a very good job, we know it wasn't an ideal space to work in.
Thank you to everyone involved in the work and we will certainly recommend you to neighbours, family and friends and have you back next year :)
