Sunrise Landscape & Design

We are return customers to Sunrise Landscape and Design. We had our first house completely landscaped (front porch flagstone, front walkway and backyard with interlock) we were very satisfied with the work and lived there 5 years with no issues. Access to the backyard to the backyard was tricky as this was a townhouse, but Sunrise had no problems completing the project with limited access, and was very respectful of our and the neighbours property.

We have had Sunrise return to our new home. They completed a front walkway and flagstone porch, and gardens. They will be returning this summer to complete our backyard project.

We were very happy with the customer service and the time taken to explain everything and offer great design advice.

They did such a great job on the front driveway (see earlier review) that I had them finish our back Patio. I would "Highly Recommend" Sunshine Landscape & Design. The team was Fast, showed amazing craftsmanship and professional to deal with. Adrian will come out and listen to your ideas, but with his expansive experience and artistic eye, it will turn your good idea into a great project. Thank You all for the fantastic work.

Working with Sunrise was an absolute pleasure from start to finish.

We're new to Milton and had just recently purchased a beautiful home with a lacklustre back yard. Thankfully, Sunrise was able to remedy that!
The staff were extremely professional and helpful both in person and on the phone. We had sample pavers, brochures and rendered design ideas in no time at all.

The installation of the pool itself was magical to watch, turning our yard into an oasis within just a few days. The landscaping, paving stones, water features and lighting polished off the job.

I cannot thank the team at Sunrise enough for their help and support throughout the entire process. We paid exactly what we had expected and there were no surprise costs. The job site was clean and it was like they were never there - besides the stunning pool and patio that they left behind! :)

September 2017, I had the pleasure with working with Adrian, Will and Gary to do some work in our backyard. They were able to turn my idea into reality, it was a new patio that they installed after our deck was finished. They did suggest a better brick based on the design we spoke about and I'm glad I listened to them, the colour is perfect with our deck and shed. The were accommodating and changed the planned date because the deck install took longer than expected.

I will be looking to book them for my walkway and drive way for the summer of 2018.

Sunrise worked with us to design and create our backyard pool and outdoor living space. Teamed up with Barrier Reef Pools, Sunrise did a fantastic job; the ideas that they brought to the design and the quality of work was first rate. They helped to work a design within our budget and were very reasonably priced. Professional work, friendly, courteous people. After going through a few vendors we decided to select Sunrise Landscape for our interlock, and at first we were very happy with the quality but by the end of the 1st year some of the stones were falling off and by the second a lot of bricks were completely loose making for a hazard.

At first they would answer calls, but would not commit to sending someone out to fix the bricks and eventually they would stop answering. When I did get in touch with them I was told their guys would come out to fix the issue in one of the first weekends of the spring but there was no one who showed up and no returns on my calls or texts.

My advice, look for another company for you interlocking work as these folks here will forget you as soon as they walk off the job.

Great vision in designing and landscaping a backyard oasis including a pool, spa, sunken area (with fire pit), outdoor kitchen, outdoor bar and shower with exquisite floral finishes.

The Sunrise team thought of everything including original pool water features and a waterfall flowing from behind the kitchen area to an underground basin sealed with a glass flooring making a regal walkway to the pool area which is both eye-catching and unique.

The front of the house flows seamlessly from the design and stonework in the backyard and creates an inviting illuminated entrance to the home.

The interlock work in the driveway and backyard is unparalleled, as this is my third home with landscaping and the first time the interlocking was done correctly (prior two landscapers clearly cut corners).

In summary, Sunrise's professionalism (from sales to design to landscaping) coupled with their attention to detail make them hands down the best landscaper in the GTA.

I am completely happy and satisfied with the work that was put into my backyard. Will and Adrian took their time to go over each detail with me and were happy to answer any concerns that I had pertaining to the work being done. They took their time in doing so and also had walked me around the property to go over each and every detail. I would recommend them to anyone who actually wants a good job done and treated like they are a priority.

They will deceive you with false promises just to get your business. They are incompetent and unprofessional. Please stay clear from these guys. They have no clue what customer service is. Worst experience EVER!!!!

We heard about Sunrise landscaping from one of our neighbours. Adrian was very open, honest and patient when he gave us the quote. We felt very comfortable with Adrian from day one. Adrian gave us great suggestions and ideas on the stone work and the design. As promised the work was completed within the exact timelines. We are very happy with the work done by sunrise and the great service provided by Adrian and Massa and the construction team. Our front porch and the driveway looks amazing and we have received great comments from our neighbours. We would highly recommend to use the Sunrise landscaping team to everyone!
