I was so nervous for our new entrance door as ordering from a catelogue doesnt always give you the perception you want. Henry was amazing to deal with from the initial meet and measurement until the finished install. First let me say when we were looking at choices he was able to help me choose on what would be good and what would not based on his experience and the location of the door. We took his advise and picked one of the 3 offered and could not be happier! Henry kept in contact, scheduled the installation, arrived on time and work completed. We walked through his process, showed me the work completed, cleaned up his work area inside and outside and overall done a fantastic job. I have asked him now to quote me on doing the big bay window to match. I would highly recommend Imperial doors and windows and will certainly use for our next project.
