It was very refreshing dealing with shaun and urban roofing. We had many different quotes to have our roof done, but knew from the first meeting with shaun that they were the company for us. Shaun spent a good amount of time inspecting the roof and going over the number of options and possible scenarios we could be dealing with. Our roof wasn’t the typical job, having 2 separate attic spaces with their own and very inadequate ventilation system, along with over 20 sheets of rotten and moldy ply wood, made for a little bit of a challenge. None of the other companies touched on the ventilation that would be required or possible solutions. When the crew opened up the roof and with the plywood off it was evident that with small modifications it was possible to create one large attic space that would in the end vent perfectly and in turn our attic would breath well and help make the roof last a lifetime. There were a few spare of the moment decisions and changes that needed to be made but we were always updated and given options for us to choose. Overall, dealing with Urban Roofing was an absolute pleasure. From the very beginning we felt that we were in the best of hands when making such a large, long term purchase that needs to be done right the first time. I cannot thank shaun enough for all of his patience and help throughout the process.
