Windows & Doors Installation & Service review in Toronto

Windowtech changed front and back doors and all windows in my house a year ago. In 1 year I noticed a small issue with insulation on the front door, contacted Windowtech and they fixed it properly. Thanks a lot!

Windows & Doors Installation & Service review in Toronto

Windowtech changed front and back doors and all windows in my house a year ago. Unfortunately, now I see issues with the front door and one of the windows that is in the shower area. Front door looks worse than the old one that was replaced. The window is a kind of wrong type. The company was warned that the window area was going to be exposed to water, but they designed it in a wrong way and I didn't realize it when installation was done. They should have provided a proper plastic trim covering the whole width of the wall that doesn't allow water stay. I have mold problems in that area now. I would pay for the new window to solve them, but could not get customer service for more than 2 months.
