Coming up to 10 years and yes the roof tiles were starting to show some significant wear. After getting a few quotes and talked to people for references, Gitano Roofing by far had the best price with the best references.
Lewis provided his recommendations and also added extra ventilation exhausts due to overheating and poor ventilation in the attic.
The extra ventilation has solved the overheating problem in one of my upstairs bedrooms.
The work was completed timely and when everything was finished not one nail was left behind. Good Clean Work!!!

Hi Thomas we are glad those extra vents helped cool off the room. 10 years is horrible but that is what you get from the builders. If you watch our videos you will see these new shingles should give you a good 25-30 years and most importantly they will NOT BLOW AWAY. If they do i can assure you we will be there the next day.
